Write an agent loop

Sketch a minimal agent loop. The llm() helper will call a real model through the AgenticGHX gateway once the sandbox goes live — for now, edit freely and get a feel for the shape.

Preview: the editor works, but the execution sandbox isn't live yet — pressing Run won't execute your code until Phase 2 lands.
